Refund policy

We want you to feel confident trying Ideoz. If something doesn’t work for you, you can request a refund.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. 1. Send an email to admin@ideoz.ai with the subject line “Refund Request”
  2. 2. In the email body, briefly explain why you’d like a refund (your feedback helps us improve!)

 

  1. We’ll review your request within 2–5 business days
  2. Our team will contact you directly with the status of your refund
