We are here to answer all your questions.

Ideoz is an AI-powered product and UX co-pilot built on the base of design thinking methodology that helps UX and product designers think through problems, generate structured design insights, and move faster from framing the right problem to shaping a right solution.

Ideoz is built mainly for product & UX designers but also can be used by UX researchers & product managers who need clarity and speed when framing problems and exploring solutions.

Ideoz helps designers:

  • Turn vague ideas into clear problem definitions
  • Structure research insights and assumptions
  • Explore design directions faster without starting from a blank page
  • Reduce time spent on repetitive thinking and documentation

Ideoz is an AI Co-Pilot for the design and product thinking process. It supports how you think and decide, rather than replacing design tools or human judgment.

Ideoz is built specifically for product and UX design work. Unlike general-purpose AI models, Ideoz is structured around product context, design thinking frameworks, and reusable outputs, rather than open-ended conversations or generic text generation.

Ideoz focuses on framing the right problem and generating the right solutions for the problem you are trying to solve. Instead of jumping directly to screens or outputs, it helps teams clarify goals, assumptions, and insights first, so solutions are grounded in real product context rather than guesses.

Ideoz uses AI to build the LEGO concept of combining all the data you get from the project stakeholders, user research, benchmarking, desktop research, etc and build your project context that acts as your second brain and help you move fast with clarity as much as can within the project context that you are working on by analyzing context, structure thinking, and generate design-related insights based on the information you provide, such as prompts, project context, and attached inputs.

Ideoz generates specifically structured outputs like problem statements, insights, assumptions, and prototype design directions that support product and UX decision-making.

And in general you can use it as a consultant in design thinking that help you think out of the box and be innovative in problem solving and framing solutions.

No. Ideoz relies on the context you provide. The quality and relevance of outputs depend on how clearly your problem, goals, and inputs are defined.

Yes. Like all AI systems, Ideoz can produce incomplete or incorrect outputs. Outputs should be reviewed and validated before being used in decisions or shipped work.

No. Ideoz is designed to assist thinking, not replace human judgment. Final decisions and responsibility always remain with the user.

No. Your data is not used to train Ideoz's own models. Your inputs are used only to enhance the project context that you are working on which helps you speed your design work.

Ideoz uses trusted third-party AI providers to generate responses. Data is shared only as needed to process your request and is handled according to their security and privacy standards.

Credits are units used to access certain AI-powered actions in Ideoz. Different actions may require different amounts of credits based on their complexity and cost.

Credits are typically used for actions that generate structured outputs or run AI processes. Basic interactions and exploration may not consume credits.

Some actions require more computation or deeper analysis. Credit usage reflects the relative cost and complexity of each action.

If you run out of credits, you will not be able to perform credit-based actions until you upgrade your plan or obtain more credits.

Credit expiration, rollover, or renewal depends on your plan. Details are shown clearly within your account and pricing page.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or change your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect according to the selected plan.

Unused credits do not carry over after cancellation unless explicitly stated in your plan terms.

Credits help keep pricing fair, transparent, and sustainable while supporting high-quality AI performance and executions for our customers.

Refund requests can be submitted by emailing admin@ideoz.ai. Each request is reviewed based on usage and plan terms, and refunds are handled according to our refund policy.
