To use Ideoz, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Ideoz.

2. Beta & Free Access

Ideoz may be offered as a free or beta product. Beta features are provided “as is” and may contain errors, interruptions, or changes. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free or beta access at any time, with or without notice.

4. AI-Generated Content & Responsibility

Ideoz uses artificial intelligence to generate outputs based on user inputs.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• - AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. If you experience any material issue that significantly impacts your ability to use the core functionality of Ideoz, please contact our support team admin@ideoz.ai. We’re committed to reviewing each case carefully and fairly.
• - Ideoz does not guarantee correctness or suitability of outputs
• - You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and using any generated content
• - Ideoz is not responsible for decisions or actions taken based on AI outputs
• - Ideoz is mainly focused on design thinking and product and design process and focus on any other regulated professional use

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content and materials you create or upload to Ideoz. Ideoz and its underlying software, models, agents, design, trademarks, and code are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights in Ideoz itself.

6. Payments, Plans & Refunds

Paid features may be offered now or in the future. Pricing, plans, and credit usage are described within the product or on our website.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Ideoz does not store full payment details.

Refund requests may be submitted by emailing admin@ideoz.ai and are reviewed according to our refund policy.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of Ideoz is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using Ideoz, you consent to the processing of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability & Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Ideoz or any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ideoz is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Delaware law: Ideoz and its founders, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Ideoz in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim, or USD $100 if no payment was made.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Ideoz harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• - Your violation of these Terms
• - Your use of AI-generated outputs

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of Ideoz constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
